My husband had 12 groomsmen...varying in height and sizes. All of their tuxedos did not fit properly. Everyone looked like they were wearing MC Hammer pants. We wanted to get it changed when we recieved the tuxes three days before the wedding but the lady at the store said we would have to pay extra fees and order a completely neew tux!

My husband spent his wedding day in pain from a metal piece in his shoes which he had a big welt on his foot from and they would not do anything about upon return of the tux they were rude and uncooperative

They forgot several of my husbands ordered items. They also sent the wrong size for our ring bearer but they fixed everything in time. So overall good job.
