We wanted a classy sit down, china dinner. My first choice was NOT Hy-Vee as I have been to other weddings where they have catered food. However, the Hy-Vee in Le Mars was out of this world. Eric was extremely professional, flexible and creative. The food was amazing and you would've never believed it was made in a Hy-Vee Kitchen.
