Very pleased with my dress, and the clerk that waited on me was excellent at picking up up on my style choices in order to show me more dresses.

The store was very helpful and was even willing to order a dress for me that they did not carry.

Hearts and Lace is a really convenient place to get a lot of wedding accessories in Orange City, and so we went there for our invitations. They were beautiful invitations, exactly what we wanted, and for a very reasonable price. We did, however, have a little trouble ordering them. The first day we were in the shop, we chose the invitations we liked, told the woman all the information, and she wrote it all down for us. The very next day, another woman from the shop called me and said that the information she had was very confused, and would I mind coming back down to the store and giving her some more information to make sure they were correct. I had quite a lot of free time at the time, so I came on down and was told that the woman who took our order originally apparently hadn't known which forms to fill out or what information to put on what blanks. Some things were simply written on the back of order forms and other pieces of scrap paper. Not only that, she had spelled a number of things wrong and abbreviated where we'd specifically asked words to be spelled out. We also decided against ordering any other accessories, including wedding and bridesmaids dresses, from Hearts and Lace because after comparing prices we discovered that they were very overpriced both for purchasing and for altering.
