Sarah is incredible and an absolute DREAM to work with. From the beginning of my planning we were constantly emailing eachother ideas of how to carry out my 1960s vision for my wedding. It was truly personal customer service! She even drove 3 1/2 hours to Kansas City to take our engagement pictures! Sarah captured EVERY moment of our wedding day from the early hours of hair and makeup to the late hours on the dance floor. Everyone who got a chance to talk to her at our wedding couldn't stop saying how nice she is. She is BY FAR my favorite vendor. Even better than her character-her work. She is a true professional and WILL MAKE YOU LOOK GREAT! Honestly-everyone of our pictures looked like they could have been out of a magazine. We can't wait to go back and take family portraits with her some day:) You will not be disappointed. Dixie Lane Photography is best-hands down!

The photographer could not be more awesome! He took all the angles and pictures we requested. Moreover, our package was affordable and nice. Definitely would recommend to any of my friends! 5/5. Also like to mention the fact that their customer service was by far the best.

My package included everything that any bride would want... a free special engagement session that went wonderfully (it was so fun), 2 photographers that catered to my likes and dislikes, a dvd and much more. They even suprised me by giving me 10% off of my entire package because my wedding was off-season. THEY reminded ME about the discount AFTER I already booked them. Who does that? Its so refreshing to see people who do things for the love of it instead of for the money. Sarah and Josh were wonderful! My husband loved that there was a girl and a guy taking the pics. While Sarah and I were off thinking up wonderful ideas, Josh and my husband were talking about whatever it is guys talk about. :) He told me that he was hilarious though and definitely his favorite vendor at our wedding. They both walked us through the day when we were nervous, they were so helpful yet at the same time unobtrusive. Did I mention the pictures though? Beautiful.

They were so laid back, funny, they just made everything so nice. My sister got married right before me and her photographer was so bossy, uptight, snippy, really just not enjoyable at all. Dixie Lane was the opposite and my whole family kept commenting on how much better of a day it was simply because the photographers were not stressing people out, quite the opposite actually! I know people say they love ALL their pictures and it sounds kind of cliche... but I loved them all! Great, sweet, awesome candids and the formals were beautiful. I highly recommend them, it really does make a difference on your wedding day if you have photographers that are wonderful, and that they are. I got my pictures all back within a couple of weeks and they made me feel welcome to call them anytime and ask them to tweek certain pictures so they were just like I wanted. (ie. black and white, etc) Not many photographers do that. All I can say is they were great, from beginning to end. We just had them do our family holiday cards and will continue to use them to take all our pictures as long as they will let us. :)

I could not have been happier than I was with my choice of having Dixie Lane as the photographers for my wedding. Looking back at all the hectic things that day I continuously think about how calming and fun the photographers were. They were flexible, laid-back, so sweet and the pictures we got back were absolutley gorgeous. I never really write reviews but felt it was warranted in this case. True professionals who are simply wonderful!
