The store personnel were very friendly. It was VERY BUSY when we went to try on dresses(we went on a Sat). Wow! Busy! The gal that we worked with was amazing. Nola(our salesperson) was great. I was in and out of there within 90 minutes! I got the dress of my dreams there! Fittings were great and the staff really helped out a lot. Sad news- Nola is no longer there.

My consultant was Katie who was very fun, and very helpful. The store was always busy, but the ladies never failed to put their attention on you. When choosing out my dress, she considered my personality, and found a dress that was me in so many ways! AND on sale! Everything was great!

I was very happy with the service I received at David's Bridal, but was very disappointed with their return policy. My wedding was scheduled for November, but the stress got to us, and with so many other things going on around that same time, we decided to elope in our backyard. I was hoping to return my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses, etc. I was very disappointed to learn that I had to get a refund via store credit, but was able to use it to purchase a more appropriate (albeit more expensive) wedding dress. The biggest problem I had came when I opened up my garment bag 1 hour before the wedding and discovered that my dress, the one I had just purchased a week before, was in tatters. (We later discovered that a certain person was unhappy about our wedding and destroyed the dress to try to stop the wedding) Anyway, I took the dress to David's and the ladies there found me a new dress, and had me in it and on my way out the door with just minutes to spare. The problem was that I had to purchase the dress, and wasn't allowed to just exchange my old one. I kinda understand the policy, but it sucked spending 900 bucks on a $450 wedding dress.

The Quality of Service were ok... there was times when they really helped me and times they didn't. When I was getting fitted they were really attentive. They really were flexible with letting me pay in payments and let me always do it at the beginning of the month because that's when I got paid. They didn't force me to buy anything over my budget. They really look at me to get a dress that was practical. They always dressed nice and looked very professional

I was in love with the two dresses I purchased from David's bridal so I didn't shop around much. I bought my ceremony dress from the store and ordered my reception dress online. The online dress came quickly and was in nice condition when I unpacked it from the box. The store dress was exactly what I was looking for. I loved it as soon as I tried it on. I was not happy with the alterations. I would highly suggest shopping around for alterations and not using David's bridal. It cost almost $200 just to have it hemmed and taken in on the sides. My dress was not tight enough on the top or sides. They told me I needed it looser so I would be able to dance and sit down (which I agreed) but it was still much too loose. I felt like I had to puff up my chest all day and night just to hold my strapless dress up from slipping down too low on my body. I was also unhappy when I saw my pictures because my bra was showing in the back. It was even the same bra that I wore while I had it altered (they tell you to do that) but they just pushed it down further on my back and pulled the dress up which only held like that for a few minutes. --Great selection and price but BAD alterations for high cost!

It really depends on who they assign you as your "helper." My helper was an overly eccentric middle-aged woman who was trying to push her beliefs and her styles on me, and I was not very happy about it. However, their prices were very reasonable and I was able to find everything that I was looking for.

We were pleased with the dress that we chose. Just had a little trouble communicating with the lady doing the altering - and we felt like we had make suggestions on what needed altered. The lady helping us select a dress listened to what we were looking for and brought us several dresses - the 5th dress tried on was the one selected. We had to wait a long time in line to pay for our purchases.

David's bridal is a great place to being looking for wedding dresses, as they have so many to try on. It was the first place I went, which was great because I was able to try on so many different styles and really decide what looked great on my body shape. After looking around at other vendors I decided to purchase my dress here as it really was the best value for money. I can't justify spending $2000 on a wedding dress, so this was the place to get a gorgeous dress for less. I think were you loose out with David's bridal is the customer service. They are not 100% focused on the bride, as the should be, because it is just a busy store. But gir a bride on a budget, this was something I could handle. Just bring some friends to run around the store grabbing dresses for you and you are ok!

My consultant seemed very confused most of the time. She was very helpful during my initial search for a wedding dress and again when I took in my bridesmaids, but during the alterations and shoe dying, she seemed to have lost her mind. She told me I had to take my shoes home with me and bring them back on a dye-date (SO WRONG!). She told me I couldn't leave them at the store because there wasn't enough space and she didn't want them to be "misplaced." I was later informed by another consultant that I could have gotten my shoes a month earlier if I had left them at the store. When I confronted my consultant about the matter, all she said was, "I never said that." What a load of bull.

I am not the only one...so I had been warned! CB at David's Bridal may come accross a little strong but as long as you remember that she is not the bride, then all should go well and you will have the dress of your dreams and a style that you like as opposed to what she would like to she you and the wedding party wearing. If you have a back bone and know what you want then check the store out. I love my dress and I was satisfied with the price. It was nice with having bridesmaids in other parts of the country to get the same gown from a local store by them.

The staff was helpful and I found the perfect gown. However, they had to ship it from out of state and when I got it, it fit completely different then the one I tried on the store ( and they don't allow returns or exchanges). Make sure to find out if you will be able to purchase the exact gown you try on or if they will be shipping a different one. Also, I went in a week before my wedding to have a bussel added but since I had had my alterations done somewhere else they couldn't touch it, I couldn't even get my complimentary steam cleaning. YIKES.

I was not happy with the service I received from David's Bridal for my attendants. The staff person was unprofessional and was working with three other parties at the same time as ours. While there were other staff members in the store, it seemed she was definitely out for the comission. I wish now that I would have looked elsewhere for our gowns.

I didn't get my wedding gown from David's, but we got our bridesmaids dresses from there. I officially apologize to all my bridesmaids for making them deal with this store. As far as selection goes, this store is definitely the place to go. It is NOT, however, the place to go if you need to try on a dress, get a dress altered, or any kind of consultation. The associates at David's are very well dressed and they present themselves in a professional manner, but it is only a facade! The only people who know what they are talking about, and know how to consult are the managers. And where are the managers? Never out on the floor helping, they're usually tucked away behind paperwork. I wouldn't have a problem with this at ALL, if they at least halfway trained their floor consultants. Every time my girl friends and I went into that store, we were greeted by someone new. Never, did we ever have the same consultant who knew us or knew what we were there for. The associates' turnover is ridiculous--I never saw the same face twice--most likely because they quit their job there. I know that working for a bridal shop can be stressful! Brides are NOT the easiest people to work with, but if the managers trained their employees a little bit better, this problem could easily be solved. Once I went in to help one of my bridesmaids try on her gown, and the consultant who was working with us didn't know how to manuever something on the computer. The manager flat out said, "Am I really going to have to teach you? I mean, look at it from my point of view." What point of view? The view from where you never taught her how to use the computer in the first place?I'm sooooo not the type of person who complains this much, but I had 4 bridesmaids who all needed to try on gowns at separate times--so I dealt with this store more than 10 times (if you figure in the times it took to get their dresses tried on, get their alterations done, and then go back to actually pick up the dresses). And not once did I walk out of the store with a smile on my face or any sense of relief. The only part of the wedding planning that EVER stressed me out, or turned me into the infamous "Bridezilla" that so many people are terrified of, was dealing with David's Bridal!

The staff wasn't overly friendly or willing to work with us, and the zipper on my 1000 dress broke on my wedding day.
