Sarah did my trial run and did an excellent job. I talked to her the Wednesday before my wedding to confirm the appointments. She called again at 9:00 Friday evening the day before the wedding to confirm again. At 9:00 Saturday morning, two of the girls went to get their har done and the salon was locked with the lights off. They waited around for an hour in the parking lot. While they were there her husband also came looking for her. We called several times and could not get ahold of her. We had to do our own hair. Her receptionist finally returned my phone call on Wednesday after the wedding and simply said Sarah was ready to "reschedule those appointments from Saturday."On the upside- She only charges $25 for an updo even for long hair... that is of course if you can get her to show up to do it!
