They yelled at one of my bridesmaids because she forgot how the straps on the dress were and when she went in for her 1st fitting they yelled at her and she got so upset she almost cried. I went with her the second time and because I was there they didn't yell at her but they were sarcastic and bitchy. Also they didn't explain the cost of the alterations to her so she wound up spending twice what she thought it was going to cost.
