Beyond Elegance

We rented chair covers, sashes, and table runners from Beyond Elegance for our wedding in Virginia. It was so easy to work with them to order samples, return those, and place our order. The prices were great - I couldn't find a better value with the same variety of fabrics and colors anywhere. They had dealt with my reception location before, which helped a ton after the wedding was over with and there was a miscommunication with the return shipment. I didn't have to worry about anything, though. The linens arrived on time and completely transformed my reception into exactly what I had been imagining. I couldn't have been happier with the way they turned out. They were also totally flexible as my guest count changed. I signed a contract and paid a 50% deposit and I didn't have to finalize my count and final payment until after I received my RSVPs, which was very convenient and made things less stressful for me financially. I would definitely recommend Beyond Elegance to other brides!

We rented our linens through Beyond Elegance. They were fantastic!!! The linens were packed in such a way that they were pristine and perfect from the second we pulled them out to put on the chairs and tables. Their prices are great and they were able to help me get my dream of chair covers and sashes to come true! They were so flexible about our pickup time, which we so appreciate, because I know they didn't have to do it! We would recommend to anyone!!

I had a difficult time finding affordable black & white damask table overlays. I was delighted when I found Beyond Elegance. Customer service was friendly and responsive. I was able to have a sample shipped to me before I made a decision. The linens were shipped to me on time and it was easy to repack and ship them back after the event.

We rented linens from Beyond Elegance for our recent wedding and are not completely thrilled with our experience. It took 2-3 e-mails to get someone to respond. The reservation process went fine, we got what we ordered and returned them according to their directions. A few days after we'd returned, we got an e-mail that they had charged us $21 for a burned linen (which I hadn't noticed even though I'd folded each of them myself). They charged my credit card before even letting me know there was an issue. When I requested a photo of the burned linen, they said they would send one and two weeks later, I still haven't heard anything. That's just not good business. I would recommend looking into other options before deciding to use Beyond Elegance for your event.

I changed my mind several times before finalizing my plans for linens and such. Diana was very gracious and always willing to help me. Beyond Elegance is based in Iowa, but ships all over the US. Since I lived nearby, I picked up my rental from their wharehouse and didn't have to pay shipping charges. Everything I rented was of outstanding quality, clean, and in really good shape. The table linens and chair covers/ties really made the ceremony/reception and it was well within my budget.
